The Annual General Meeting of St. George's FC was held at the club's premises on Wednesday 24th June 2009.  Following the election, the new committee will be led once again by the Onor. Chris Agius M.P. as Club’s President, and Mr. George Schembri as vice President.  The other posts were filled up by Mr. Stephen Scicluna as Club Secretary for the first time, Mr. Clyde Agius as Treasurer and Mr. Darren Scicluna and Mr. Kris Scicluna as Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Secretary/PRO respectively.  Other committee members elected were Mr. Ivan Camilleri and Mr. Jason Mifsud as Players/Coach liaison Officers, Mr. Etienne Falzon and Mauro Camilleri as Kit Managers and Ms. Maria Said and Mrs. Tessie Camilleri as Activity Organizers.

Following the election, the new committee has confirmed coach Joey Falzon to lead the squad once again for the new season 2009/2010.  During 2010, St. George’s F.C. will be celebrating 120 years, being the first football club on the islands.
